You will have a single point of contact within FLI, who will act as the lead project manager for your contract. They will liaise with you to ensure that the design and manufacturing phases are completed successfully and to agree plans for the delivery of all supply elements and to co-ordinate any installation services required. They will be friendly and helpful and apply a proactive approach to meeting your requirements.
Tracker Software
Our bespoke project management software contains full records of all installations since 2001. This software is used for the management of large multi-site projects and smaller individual jobs.Information for all current projects and the job history for previous supplies to sites can be accessed efficiently and effectively, ensuring reliable records can be kept throughout all stages of a project life cycle. Records for sites that require subsequent additional services can then be referenced to the original supply records.
Complete Turnkey Service
FLI have our own innovative and efficient design, engineering, project management, manufacturing & installation/rigging teams and facilities in-house right here in Gloucester. Because of this FLI are able to offer a complete turnkey service to all our customers on all our products, we have the ability to take your project from start to finish without issues and can maintain products for you there after. If you require something we cannot provide our ourselves we will look to find a company who can for you, to keep your point of contact for the whole project to just one person from the design stage all the way to commission.
