Network Rail OLE Framework Supply

FLI has been a framework supplier of rail overhead line electrification steelwork to Network Rail, providing steelwork to various electrification projects across the UK, including Greater West, Greater Anglia and the GE Line and others.

FLI’s in-house design team can help you solve technical problems on-site, for example the Flexi-Pile Cap range, Patent No. P002974GB01.

Greater West Electrification Steelwork

FLI has been supplying OLE steelwork for over 15 years, into projects of all sizes. Delivering fabricated steelwork, and innovative solutions to Network Rail, for example the Offset Foundation
Beam, to align piles & masts.

FLI supplied large volumes of Overhead Line Electrification steelwork to The Greater West Project, including all the HEB & RHS Mast types as well as gantry booms. This included Mono Anchor booms, F booms, Q booms, Twin Track Cantilevers, and small part steelwork.

Capacity & Storage

With produc􀆟on lines and procedures tailored to OLE project delivery. FLI has the capacity to output 400 mast columns or 100 booms per month, or a similar mix of the various masts and boom types.

Our dedicated storage site allows customers to call off individual items as required.

Quality & Reliability

FLI is certified to all relevant ISO standards.
Welders are qualified to BS EN ISO15614-1, using BS EN ISO 9606-1 procedures & certified by UKAS and accredited to Ex Class 4.

FLI has a low defect rate of just 0.01% (against an industry average of 3%), which ensures high quality steel to site to help you achieve your programme.

Location to Core Valley Lines project.

FLIs factory location is at Waterwells Business Park, Gloucester. As well as fabrication, the drawing office, engineering, project management and HSQE teams are all based in Gloucester, ideally located to service the CVL project.
