FLI Structures wins Best Health & Safety Initiative at the ITP Awards
Our patented ButterFLI Tower Leg Bypass solution won Best Health & Safety Initiative at the ITP Awards on Thursday 8th October.
ButterFLI is designed to restore the capacity of corroded tower foundation connections, helping extend the service life of existing telecoms infrastructure without the need to replace the entire tower.
The system works by bypassing the corroded foundation stub and transferring loads through lightweight steel plates, post-fixed anchors and high-strength grout into the existing concrete foundation.
The award recognises the engineering behind ButterFLI and its contribution to improving safety during tower strengthening and refurbishment.
Thank you to the ITP for the recognition, and congratulations to all the winners and finalists.
