Client: BAM Nuttall
This project involved the design, supply, and installation of over 350
piles with bracing for Thanet Parkway station for BAM Nuttall, including stairs and
cabinet supports across a complex site with variable ground conditions. A
3D pile model and standardised components were developed to simplify
design and installation, ensuring all elements fitted accurately without on-site steel adjustments.
Parts were colour-coded, pre-labelled, and delivered in line with the
optimised installation plan for weekend blockades. Tolerance-absorbing
interfaces and detailed drawings enabled rapid, precise assembly, including
50 large-diameter piles. While live support and testing verified design
performance.
