FLI delivered the design, supply and installation of a screw pile foundation and associated structural steelwork package to elevate the substation structure above ground level for flood mitigation. The works included multi-piece screw piles with pile caps and helices, above-ground CHS piles with welded connections and bracing, and a structural ring beam formed from UC sections.
In addition, FLI provided perimeter palisade fencing and access gates, for security to the site.
