FLI designed and supplied over 2500 towers and monopoles for the UK's GSM-r rail communications network, enabling secure digital communication between train drivers and signallers.
Modular tower and foundation systems were developed to accommodate varied site and access constraints. Rapid- deployment foundations, including screw piles and ballast solutions, allowed faster installation with reduced disruption and a lower carbon foorprint compared to traditional concrete foundations.
