From supporting local supply chains and creating opportunities for skills development, to reducing environmental impact and investing in the communities where we operate, we are committed to building a stronger, more sustainable future for everyone connected to our work.
The Big Sleep Out
At FLI, we care about making a real difference. In 2024, we supported an employee-led Big Sleep Out, where participants spent a night outdoors to raise awareness and funds for those in financial hardship.
The event benefited the CCP Hardship Fund, providing essentials like food and housing to individuals and families in crisis. By matching staff contributions, FLI turned care into action, supporting meaningful, community-driven initiatives and empowering employees to make a tangible impact.
Cheltenham Tigers Wheelchair RFC
FLI is proud to continue its sponsorship of the Cheltenham Tigers Wheelchair Rugby Team for a third season. Our support has funded new team kits featuring the FLI logo and helped promote inclusion, accessibility, and community participation through sport.
Some of our staff have even attended training days to try out the chairs, experiencing firsthand the dedication and skill involved in the sport. This hands-on involvement shows FLI’s commitment to supporting initiatives that truly engage and benefit the community.

Christmas Hamper Scamper
In 2024, FLI supported CCP’s Hamper Scamper for the fourth year, an annual campaign providing festive gifts and essentials to local families in need. Thanks to generous staff donations, we supplied gifts for 66 children and adults, along with food and financial contributions for hampers. Our team’s active participation demonstrates FLI’s commitment to giving back and supporting those facing hardship in the community, turning care into meaningful action during the festive season.
Mixed Ability Rugby – Longlevens RFC
FLI proudly sponsored an employee to represent England at the 2025 International Mixed Ability Rugby Tournament in Pamplona, Spain. With company support and community backing, he joined Longlevens RFC in securing a historic world title. This achievement highlights the power of sport to promote inclusion, accessibility, and teamwork, and demonstrates FLI’s commitment to supporting initiatives that bring people together and celebrate diversity in the community.
Overseas Aid
FLI is committed to supporting humanitarian efforts both at home and abroad. In 2022, following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the company sent first aid supplies and essential items overseas, with team members, including Jodi, volunteering to pack aid vans. Later, as the UK welcomed Ukrainian families, FLI organised a collection of household items to help furnish a refugee family’s home. These initiatives reflect FLI’s hands-on approach to global support and dedication to providing practical assistance to those in urgent need.
